Important Information

Time Limits

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to try the coffee properly.

Unopened Coffee

Unopened bags can be returned for any reason within 30 days. We'll provide a full refund plus return shipping.

Gift Orders

Gift recipients can return items directly to us. We'll coordinate with the original purchaser for refund method.

What We Can't Return

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of coffee that's been contaminated or stored improperly.
